Case study
AI-powered Sales Messaging
Outreach emails tailored to the sender’s career and skills and to each lead, enriched from LinkedIn via a Chrome extension (profile, posts, comments, reposts), with Gmail and Outlook, bulk lead capture, subscriptions, automated initial sends and follow-ups, and AI-generated copy driven by variables for both identities.
We helped build a product for reps who want every first touch to feel researched, not generic. The system combines who the seller is, career path and skills, with a structured picture of the prospect pulled from LinkedIn: not only headline and experience, but recent posts, comments, and reposts gathered through a companion Chrome extension. That bundle feeds an AI copy engine that fills a message template with variables for the user’s identity and the lead’s profile, then hands off to email for initial sends and timed follow-ups.

- Bulk lead enrichment, AI copy, automated sequences
Client context
Outbound teams that live in the browser and inbox: they prospect on LinkedIn, draft in docs or chat tools, and send through personal Gmail or Outlook. Research was scattered; follow-up discipline varied; nobody wanted another silo that ignored real provider accounts.
Challenge
Manually opening profiles, copying notes, and stitching prompts did not scale, especially when leadership asked for bulk campaigns without turning every email into obvious spam. The product had to connect extension-captured lead context, subscription and billing, and reliable delivery (including follow-up sequences) in one coherent workflow.
Approach
We treated the extension as a first-class data pipeline: normalize what it scrapes from each lead (profile, posts, comments, reposts), dedupe and version it in the backend, and expose only the fields the AI and UI need. Message generation was built around explicit variables, sender career and skills on one side, lead signals on the other, so prompts stay auditable and easy to tune. Email automation was designed idempotently around provider APIs so retries never double-send.
What we shipped
The shipped platform includes a Chrome extension for LinkedIn that bulk-enriches leads into the app; a web console for lists, subscriptions, and campaign setup; native email integration for Gmail and Outlook; and automation that schedules the initial outreach plus follow-up messages on agreed cadences. The AI layer generates sales messages from those variables (who you are as a seller and what we know about the lead), with room for human edits before anything leaves the connected mailbox.

Outcomes
- Reps moved from ad hoc tabs and notes to a single flow: capture leads in bulk, generate personalized drafts from extension-backed context, and send through their real Outlook or Gmail accounts.
- Follow-up consistency improved because initial and subsequent touches are defined as automated sequences rather than one-off reminders.
- Subscription packaging aligned product tiers with scraping volume, connected mailboxes, and automation limits the team could support operationally.
Technical highlights
- Chrome extension that scrapes LinkedIn lead context, profile, posts, comments, and reposts, for downstream AI and lists
- Bulk scraping and ingestion of leads into the app with subscription-gated usage
- Gmail and Outlook integration for sending from the rep’s connected mailbox
- Automated email sequences: initial message plus scheduled follow-ups
- AI-generated sales messaging with variables bound to the user’s career and skills and to each lead’s enriched profile
